Joined the Fitbuster challenge that starts in 5 days! 50 crunches, lunges and jumping jacks per day for 4 weeks straight!! Phew, along with going to the gym 3 days a week i should finally start to see some progress!! Looking forward to the challenge.

SO I have started going to the gym a little more regularly. I usually spend about a 1/2 hour on the stair climber or elliptical and than do 1/2 hour of leg and arm weights and a 10 to 15 minute walk. I haven't lost an ounce so that is a little frustrating, but I am hopefull. tomorrow night I start a exercise class at the local gym. It is 2 nights a week for eight weeks. Hopefully this helps to get the weight moving.

Today I am going to try to stick to healthy eating!! Why is it that it is soooo hard to drop a pound or two after you turn 40!!!

End of first day on diet!! A real eye opener...I am about 300 calories over my limit and I actually thought I wasn't soing to bad today. Better put a lot more thought into what I eat tomorrow!!
