Yesterday I ate the most delicious Grilled Salad. It was served with fried goat cheese! wow!! I added allot more protein yesterday. Think I will do the same today. Need to keep track of my water.
Made it with more protein but not enough water today. Need to get into a better water habit.

Well made it through the weekend. Going out to eat can be tricky and tempting. Gained less than a half of pound. I need to increase my exercise over the weekends to loose over the weekends...
