Yeah so I ordered from Applebee's last night. They have this whole under 550 calories menu and I ordered a steak. A freaking steak and it was under 550 calories? I find it difficult to believe. Like there was an asterisk somewhere I didn't see that said "per serving and there are 2000 servings in this steak." Well whatever, during a certain time of the month I want steak and chocolate (not together) and if this isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change, then I have to allow myself some realism. The good part is I'm still losing weight so I guess being realistic and not going overboard and just trying to be mindful is working. I don't have to be perfect, I just have to keep working at it and heading in the right direction.

I really didn't lose weight, since I'm as much as I was before last weekend's binge. I'm real disgusted with myself for that. I gotta stop letting feeling like crap about other things drive me to food. I don't know what else I can do to feel better when I get that upset. Need to find the ability to soothe my feelings in some healthy way. My great grandma apparently used to say "when you're blue, get up and do." It's hard to convince myself to get up and do anything sometimes.
