Starting to have more willpower. Was craving a large meal of KFC today but took the car a different route and managed to abstain. Feel so proud of myself, but have little to no energy and am feeling extremely lonely. Can't wait until I go home at the end of next month. Hopefully I can control my comfort eating and binge cravings until at least then. Will just have to keep trying.

A better day, pushed myself to exercise and keep my calories down. Didn't even feel hungry. Will see if I can keep it up. Day one success.

Well at least I haven't gained any weight. I might not of lost any, but with my bad emotional eating and not exercising this is okay. Time to get serious and try again.
At least I've now got a cockatiel and a Siamese fighting fish in my life so I'm no longer coming home to a completely empty house.
And to top it off, there is only seven more weeks until I travel back home to see my family for three weeks. I can't wait.

Well fell off the edge again and pigged out today. Feel so fat and down today. But will pick myself up, dust myself off and start again. What else can I do?

Thursday the 8th and I'm starting to turn a corner (or put it this way, I'm feeling a little bit more motivated). Finally managed to do some exercise today even if it was only 45minutes, at least it's a start right?
Trying not to weight myself everyday as it seems to just fuel my depression. But I feel like with support I will manage to move forward. Trying to keep looking at the positives (as people on here try to remind me they are there if you look hard enough).
