Snow storm hit the South. Been trapped for several days. Ended up eating comfort food. Lucky I maintained my weight and not gain. But today I'm back on track!

Before my diet I was eating better than 3000 calories a day with no exercise. After the habits I have had for the past year this is a struggle. This week has been hard but it's a start. I'm glad for this challenge and the support! Thank you for all the "real" inspiring journals. Good luck to everyone!
