Forgot to pack my fruit today - this shall prove to be a long and hungry day.
I do have my Applied Fitness Solutions orientation today and will get my nutrition/diet assigned and my exercise prescription for when I am not in class. I am really looking forward to this.
My body still seems a little tired from my workout on Saturday - but I feel great! Good News is I am in less pain overall than before I started this journey so I am good with it!

So tried workout 1 on the NordicTrack Incline trainer today. With the combination of already tired legs and a 16% incline I guess you could say that I did not succeed this morning - but I did burn 49 calories and worked out for a total of 5 minutes - which is more than I did a week ago....

Took my free class at Applied Fitness Solutions this morning at 9:15AM. It is circuit training and I did 5 stations with 2 exercises per station. I had to modify many of the activities but sweated a great deal, work hard, pushed myself and kept moving for the full 57 minutes. It was AWESOME!
I surprised myself with how hard I did work out. I like the circuit training as it is 30 seconds of intense workout switch exercises 30 minutes of the second exercise and then a break to move to the next station.
I go Monday for an Orientation to Applied Fitness Solutions - looking forward to it and then it will be circuit training 2 times per week and then prescribed exercise when I am not at AFS.
The journey has begun.
