I had the flu for one long day!!!! Lost a couple of pounds. I think it's a hard way to lose weight. YUK!! Last year this happened tome and that's when I started my diet also. Guess I have to get sick to kick start my diet. I plan on losing a pound a week (at least). Stay tuned!

Started off really well. My husband made a really wonderful meal and I just could not pass it up. I really wasn't going to start until today anyway. I know I can do this, I have lost in the past, I will lose again.!!!!!!!!

still to go: 14.0 lb

Decided to start January 1st. I weighed in at 138. Guess I should change my starting date and weight. I went for my physical and some of my numbers are not as good as they were when I was 10 pounds lighter. I plan on making it stick this time. Counting all my points and writing everything down.

I think my weight loss has to be water. I have not been working the program at all during the holiday's. Either way, I'll take it.
