My own personal diet is one of intermittent fasting and carb/fat cycling depending on my workload for that day. Dropping 400 calories from BMR the first week and 100 calories each week from there on out for the first 5 weeks and see how that goes. Protein is 1.5 grams per lb of body weight. So each week these numbers will change.
