This is the lowest I have been since last year! Hopefully I can keep it off. I am taking my goal in increments so I lose 5-10 lbs at a time. I eventually want to get down to 135-140 lbs maybe by the end of the year if I lose 2 lbs a week. Good luck with everyone’s goal.

Starting to see progress. Staying more active with housework, gardening and aerobic/dance (DVD’s) daily. Also eating healthier although I do snack too much sometimes. Hope everyone is doing well and succeeding in the accomplishments of their goals. Have a great day! 😊

I have not been for awhile.This coronavirus crisis distracted me. I will try to log on more. My goal is to get to 155 by the end of July. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! 😊

Back over 180.... I am struggling with late night snacks, overeating and poor choice of foods to eat. I will try not to buy foods that are not good for me but are on sale so I do not have it in my house. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! 😊
