How to post pictures. I think Imgur has changes their page slightly, but it still should make sense. I will adjust the original post one of these days.

Thanks for the tip. When I get back from a convention in Orlando I will give it a whirl.

I am back with a vengeance!

And an extra 40 pounds
unfortunately sickness compounded with guilt put me right back where I started. I missed eating healthy and exercising so thank goodness I'm not in a larger hole, I've done it once so I know I can do it again. I've started a fitness challenge at work so I stand to win $160 in the next two months if I get my butt in gear. So Hello again to all of my old friends and welcome to any new friends!
You can do it! Just hang in there.

Incredible focus and effort! Way to go! We'd all love to see before/after pics if you're so inclined. Very proud of you!
I would be happy to share before & after if I could figure out how...
If anyone knows, please share & I'll post.
I actually lost another pound today, which is okay.
My goal for maintaining my weight is to try the 5/2 plan.
For any five days in the week, maintain a somewhat restrictive diet.
The other two days indulge with care. Meaning you can have that glass of wine, piece of bread, etc. it seems to work for many and it seems like something I can easily follow.
Funny how exercise used to be a chore and is now a habit just like brushing ones teeth.
I would also like to share something else that has helped me tremendously. I copy onto my iPad inspirational, motivational quotes & pictures. I read them every day. It really does help!

I did it!
Thanks everyone. In more ways than one it has been a great journey. Besides losing the weight I found a new person inside me. The last nine months has giving me the time to reflect on where I have been and why and where I am now and where I want to be.

I did it!
I am on my third food journal. (Corinne Nester) dieter's diary.
Write everything I eat in it.
Basically I went to practically raw eating.
Cut out most carbs and all sugars and dairy.
Have unsweetened vanilla almond milk with high grain cereal & berries for breakfast.
Lunch a little protein & veggie
Dinner a huge salad of Turkey or chicken or fish , half avocado, tomatoes, English cucumber, red onions & of course lettuce. I have one tablespoon of yoghurt based dressing, one tablespoon balsamic vinegar glaze & one tablespoon balsamic vinegar as dressing.
Drink only water and one bottle of Perrier at dinner,
Coffee @ breakfast
And last but no least, exercise every day.
I went from a size tight 16 to a size 4 or 2.
Feel great!
