Ok, so today was our first workout with Ashley, she introduced us to TRX!! woo hoo, great work out, only 30 min, I think I did good, except for the planks, I couldn't even do one with the straps, but I did do them with out!! I'll get there, keep it up!

I am so excited because yesterday I went and signed up at Fitness One gym and Jackie signed up today, so now I know I will succeed.!!!! Tomorrow I start with Ashley in the training process, learning either kettlebells or TRX!!!! yeah!!!!!! i'm so excited!!!

I'm feeling good, although I'm hungry alot, I'm sure if I took the time to research the lower calorie snack that would help alot, but right now counting the calories is GREAT for me! It has really helped with the portions!
