doing very well with exercise..walking an hour at 3.5 legs and ankles and hips ache in the bones. but i am getting it done. food is a bit to scarce. I need to eat more fruit and veggies. counting how long I have been recording food...slightly over two weeks. lordy, it seems longer than that. I have to remember that this is not a sprint, this is long term, this recording what I eat should become a lifetime habit. I may not have to keep the calories so low, but I HAVE to record. I have to start wearing a belt with my pants. 1X shirts still a little snug.
I am happy to be doing nutrisystem not having to make major choices for a while should get me through the rough spots.

Diabetic neuropathy, my feet are burning. Restless legs argh.
teeth are hurting, must be stress clenching and grinding.
Exercise and food reasonably well. I did overeat for dinner, pigged out on brussel sprouts, at least it wasn't ice cream.
Pain killer please kick in, I want to sleep.

first entry. they say journaling and recording what you eat helps make you successful in reaching your goal. I have had blinders on for years. Avoided cameras and only saw myself in bits and pieces when looking in a mirror. Had the opportunity to vacation with a friend and many pictures were taken. I had no idea that I looked like that. I was limited in what I could do and how comfortably I would fit in something as simple as a tour bus seat. I am also making a photo journal, same clothes, same pose to see if I can track progress. No noticeable change yet but I haven't been serious about this very long. I have to remember that this will happen in small steps, I gain fast but lose slow, every and any loss no matter how small is a victory.
