I had a bad week, went out to dinner at a french restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend and I's first anniversary, the next night i went out drinking, and then there was a super bowl party. I figured having the weekend off wouldn't hurt, and I would say that it didn't. I may not have lost my goal 2.5lbs (thats what i need to do to reach my goal in time), but I lost a little weight, and I don't mind taking a little longer.

It's hard to determine how well I'm actually doing since I'm lifting and drinking protein shakes. OH Well... this is going to be more complicated.

Week one went even better than expected. I lost almost exactly what the difference in my calorie count would equal.
