I don't usually make journal entries along with my weigh ins. But I think overall we are all on here for the same reason. We are all on some type of journey and want a little bit of accountability and a TON of support. Yesterday I posted that I was starting a new detox and getting back on track since I made some poor decisions the few days before. And instead of support, I got lectured. Look, we all are aware that we have made some poor decisions in the past. We can't change them. The point is that I'm moving on and trying to be positive. If you want to say something that will make me feel anything but good and hopeful, please keep your comments to yourself. These journeys are hard enough without someone making you feel bad about yourself. I'm only looking for a little love and support or nothing at all. Thank you.

I took a few days off and ate whatever I wanted. One of my best friends back in Colorado suggested we do the fat smash detox starting today so I lived it up the last few days, knowing I can eat almost nothing but fruits and veggies for the next few days. Thankfully I only gained a little over a half of a pound. Here's to the next couple of weeks and a fantastic new start!
