Today is what I call a "cheat day". When your on a LCHF diet, you should have 1 day a week that you call a "cheat day". On this day you may have alittle more carbs and a few extra calories. For example I'm having 100 calories and 10 carbs extra then usual. The reason for this so called "cheat day" is to keep your body honest and from reaching a plateau. Basically, it's a way of saying to your body "I'm in control and at anytime I can change things up". It keeps the body guessing and not able to figure out what your doing. Hence being able to lose the weight you want without a plateau.....Today's qoute::::

When we make progress quickly, it feeds our emotions. Then, when there's a period of waiting or we hit a plateau, we find out how committed we really are and whether we're going to see things through to the finish or quit.
