Not been on for a while but I've done it reached my target yippee I joined the gym but what I think has made the biggest difference is slowly weaning myself off all the meds I was taking for fibromyalgia,so I hope that me sorted now and I can maintain and I would say to anyone one meds to try if possible and get off them,you need to weigh up (pardon the pun )the pros and cons of taking these pills and ask yourself is it worth it? Wasn't to me weight gain impacts on most medical conditions,I personally feel far better without them and although still in pain and get knackered sometimes I suffered the same while taking the meds. NOT BEEN VERY GOOD PRIOR TO NEW YEAR BUT SINCE THEN HAVE DID QUITE WELL.KEPT ON THE LOW CARB DIET BUT HAVENT WEIGHED ANY FOOD OR ATTEMPTED TO STICK TO A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CARBS,JUST CUT OUT ALL THE BAD CARBS LIKE SUGAR BREAD RICE PASTA,ETC,ALSO ON THE ATKINS YOU ARE NOT MEANT TO EAT NUTS OR FRUIT FOR FIRST 2 WEEKS BUT I HAVE,IVE EATEN QUITE A LOT ACTUALLY.TRY AND STICK TO LOW CARB FRUIT LIKE RHUBARB AND BLUEBERRIES BUT I LOVE GRAPES AND AM PRACTICALLY LIVING ON THEM.I ALSO SNACK ON NUTS ALL THE TIME,SO IF I HADNT DONE BOTH THESE THINGS I WOULD PROBABLY HAVE LOST A LOT MORE,BUT IT MAKES IT A WHOLE LOT EASIER AND IT STILL WORKS.MONDAY AGAIN SO BACK ON AS I DID CHEAT A BIT OVER WEEKEND.I WILL GET THERE SLOWLY BUT SURELY.WANT TO LOSE ANOTHER 21 POUNDS AND I LL BE HAPPY.

have been yoyoing for months now,relationship problems dont help.I am now focused on how i want to look and have stuck rigidly to the induction phase since monday.I went to a yoga class on thursday and it was much harder than i thought it would be.I have got fibromyalgia which makes excercising difficult,and am waiting for a scan on my hip,so i thought i was going for some nice gentle stretching,how wrong i was.Anyway i did feel good in the morning and this morning i feel great.My daughter commented yesterday that i look like ive lost weight,gave me a real buzz,and although i haven't weighed myself i can feel it already in my clothes.Will find someone with scales and report back later!!!!
