I'm an EXTREMELY ACTIVE teenager. I am going to play volleyball at an extremely popular D1 school in the SEC conference and I just wanted to try and lose a little weight before going to college. It's not a lot of weight. It's just where I want to be to feel good. I also want to have a goal or number to follow when eating because although my eating habits are healthy and my activity is extremely high, I constantly find myself snacking or eating too much all the time. I want to stop this and I know that's the reason why I'm gaining cellulite, ew, and the extra poundage. So that's the idea, to look great in college, I've got to cut down the snacks and over indulging life style I'm living!
