I was a frail to weigh in this am thinking That I would be up and low and behold. I jump on and I'm down. This is not an easy road for sure. Pounds go on in the drop of a hat and come off after blood, sweat and tears. Not fair, but I have made the decision to change. I struggle everyday. I drink water when I want to snack and then if that's not enough I grab some fruit. I'm the only one that can change this, and I am putting my foot down buckling up and doing just that. I'm not happy with how I look and I'm going to make a healthy change to lose this chastity belt that I have created. Bye bye weight, there is a new healthy girl in town and she is on the move! I CAN DO THIS! !!!

Yes! Keep drinking water and walking. Watch everything you eat...and remember "I will do it" Food will not control me... I hot this!

Yeah! 139 woohoo!. I can't remember when I've seen 139 on my scale. Such a boost and a great way to start my Friday. Thank you Jesus! Downward I go, see you 140s it's been nice but not that nice. Let's get this done!

Stayed the same and I'm happy with that, but I want to see a 3 in there. This is my goal for today. I'm going to push myself and finally...God willing, say bye bye 140. Hello 130es. Water, water, water is key and will power. All right everyone we can do this.....Let's go.
