Hey, my name is Mary. Ive been overweight my whole life. Lowest Ive been as an adult is 200. Highest is 336. I was hovering around 260 for many years, until I recently got married, and then went back up to 313. I am a carb addict, and have recently started a low carb diet. Its going to so far, also I am taking Adipex. I am trying to encourage my husband to start with me, as he is a diabetic and really needs to get away from the carbs. I realize its going to be a long process, but trying to stick with it. I live in Charleston, SC so plenty of beaches, and outside activities.
