Noticed my stools getting harder. Might be because my intake of fiber has also been reduced due to reduced carb intake which reduced a lot of my fiber rich foods. Don't want to get constipated so probably will start taking a fiber supplement.

Got nauseated after breakfast and ended up throwing up. Might have been that I took my vitamins on a not full stomach. Don't normally take them that early. Think will wait till after my big meal of the day, usually dinner.
