Kelebihan 17kg. Target 3 bulan.. Apa mungkin? Kondisi lagi rutin senam aerobik dan defkal. Berusaha makan tanpa minyak msih susah sekali. Hwkwk. Mw pke olive oil kok hrganya yg gk jangkau, akhirnya ya hanya dibakar aja makananya dgn minyak super sedikit.
