Today, I ate tortilla chips and some the shells and cheese in addition to my Nutrisystem meal. The good news is I walked to Rte 1 in the afternoon and walked a little when I got home.

I have been doing Nutrisystem for 2 weeks but I did take 3-4 days off. This is the third week. I had Lashon's wedding, early birthday lunch but I'm doing alright.

I started Nutrisystem today. I'm not liking the Chicken Noodle Soup. For the past 2 weeks, I have been obsesseing over Katerina's development. Yesterday, I bought all sorts of stuff. After that, I started feeling like I just knew she would be okay. The weirdest thing happened on Sunday. She was playing on the kitchen floor with Alex. Alex made a tower with her blocks but used several blocks at the base. She looked at him and said "What is this?" I could hardly belive my ears. Alex figures I must say that a lot. She is content with her baby talk but has to start talking more to us. I just want her to catch up on the social interation and language skills.
