I hate not staying on track and having to restart my diet. I start off well but end so poorly. I think it is my nerves I am under a lot of stress right now.

I just realized I miscalculated my weight so I had to redo my entries and start over. This would be a happy entry if I weighed less then I previously thought. But after getting on the scale I weigh more so not to happy about that. But this is just encouraging me to work harder.

Yesterday was the first day I was below my daily RDI intake by 200 calories. Before than I keep going over and was not sure if I could stick to eating healthier, smaller portions but so far so good. Now if I can continue to stay within my RDI range or slightly below I will be on track to losing 1.5lbs a week.

I have tried so many times to follow a diet and I have failed. So now I am going to focus on calorie and fat intake, and just overall eating healthier food options and smaller portions instead of a particular diet. I also have an issue with sweets so I am trying to limit the sweets I eat to only twice a week, I tend to eat sweets almost everyday. So my fingers are crossed and I hope this works, if not then I will try the Mediterranean diet.
