So, I developed a weight loss plan, equipped with my own "diet" if you will.
I will make sure to keep in mind that I have a daily 1900 calorie intake that fatsecret has recommended, as well as drinking at least 3 bottles of water a day; a bottle per meal. I am to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and sleep at least 9 hours every night.
My meal plan;
Breakfast: Yogurt & Granola Bar, Whole Grain Pita with Laughing Cow Cheese, A low fat shake (on days I do more hardcore work-outs, since I will have my work-outs predetermined)
Lunch: Whatever my school serves, skipping any dessert or sweet, only drinking water, salad with chicken and low fat italian dressing, or grilled chicken
Dinner: Whatever my mom is making (she is also a part of this website, and normally makes healthy, delicious meals).
These are just some of my options. I will not keep it at JUST the few things I have pointed out, but this is definitely a start. I want to follow this strictly, because I want to see results.
