Okay, so that is 12 lbs. in 3 weeks :-)
I plan to start going to the gym tonight, my goal is only 3 times a
week. The reason being I want to be realistic with my schedule and
not set myself up for failure.

Wow!! I lost 7lbs my first week.
I am hoping to average between 1.5 and 2 lbs. a week.

Hello Community!
This site was recommended by a co worker so here I am.
I have never been skinny/slim but have looked great with curves, however over the last 4 years I have gained 50 lbs.
Today, my work place started a Biggest Loser Challenge to last 90 days. I am committed to lose 15 lbs in those 3 months and then continue until I have lost the rest. I also plan to join a program to weigh weekly so that once I lose my weight I can maintain it.
I have spinal stenosis and have had 2 knee replacements, so being active is a challenge. I love to dance so do some Latino music at home.
Looking forward to this journey!
