Day 26: Just got back from the dog park. I don't have gym yet so walking around in the sand for an hour is a great work out for my legs. Also it keeps my mutt from going insane in the house. Always a plus.

Day 25: Ugg, I did not eat very well today and as a punishment I can't eat anything else for the rest of the day. Greeeaaatttt. However, the upswing is that I've been getting out of the house more and more. Now I just need to get my dog trained well enough so that I can eventually get her into agility. I think that would be good for the both of us.

Day 24: Started taking days off, not writing my stuff in, my calendar and journal. Going to have to stop that as it tends to lead to my laziness, which leads to disaster. Also I'm going to try jogging today. It used to be my favorite thing in the world but I stopped and then I got bigger and then I couldn't anymore with out being really out of breath and sore. Well no more I say! Time to strap those shoes on my feet and at least try. :D

Day 20: I've been busying being outside with my dog and my DBF. Seems like a pretty good trade off for not writing in my journal. Throwing a ball around is way better then sitting in my house eating crap. I feel alive and energized and can't wait for tomorrow when I go and do it all over again. :D

Day 16: At a little extra last night I didn't record. Oddly enough got up this morning and hopped on the scale and it had gone down a little bit. Perhaps I'm not eating enough... In other news, I'm headed off to the dog park with my spastic beast of a mutt. Should be good exercise for the both of us!

Went to see Zombieland and ended up eating half a package of Twizzlers. As I told my DBF some days you just got to live, so long as you don't do it every day :D. AND I recorded it so neya!
