Hi guys! Just had our home competition for riding and we came 2nd XD not bad when the competitors are 2 leagues above us XD
Giving up processed sugar for lent, so all my fruit and dairy is still good as long as there's no added sugar :) think that's a good idea? I think I'll be able to do it if I put my mind to it and it might even stop cravings :)

Got my exam results today... not what I wanted really. Still got a 2.1 overall but that means I need firsts in all of my next exams to get a high 2.1 or first overall. Damn! I need to pull my finger out. I WILL GET A FIRST IN MY DISSERTATION!!! I can't be the first person in my family (Dad's side) to come out of uni with lower than a first, except my granny but she was one of the first women to go to Cambridge so I think she still wins. So determined now!
Made me very determined in my HIIT class today, I was adamant that I was going to do well in my training if I can do great in my exams.
I will get to my goal weight before I finish second year! I will finish second year with at least a high 2.1! Bring of the physical and academic pain!!!!

Not much of a decrease from my last weigh in. However I didn't gain so that's a win. Also the past two weeks as I've said haven't been great apart from the last couple of days so realistically that's all I can hope for :)
Got riding today and I'm unsurprisingly quite sore from yesterday so this might be interesting...

Had a really good day today. Jogged to get my rye flour from the delivery office, granted it's only a twenty minute jog there and back, but on the way back I was carrying 3kg of flour.
Met up with some course mates and spent 6 hours in the learning commons doing my dissertation which I was very proud of!
The having done that I went to strength and conditioning. My lord my muscles are going to hurt tomorrow. Nick was very impressed with my squats so I did my program and at the end he said 'do you want to do some loaded squats?' So of course I had a go. He made me do a set of ten squats only using body weight, then gave me a bar of 5kg and did ten. I thought I was done but not, he was like 'are your alright with 20?' I regret saying yes. Ten squats with that after having do so much... I did them but needless to say walking upstairs to me room later killed me.
Bought some protein powder too which I had after my work out. I feel like such a power house!!
Will weigh in tomorrow, I fear my muscles will swell and cause some excess weight but I don't mind I feel really good XD

I weighed myself today, I'm not recording yet as I've still got a few days.
I had a dominoes with a few friends last night as I still managed to lose about a pound! I think restarting this was my best idea ever :) I was prepared all day to eat a lot and I made sure that the others ate more than me. I did end up having 6 slices but there were 4 of us and 3 large pizzas so I feel I did ok :P
Going for a run this morning I'm not sure whether I'm going to do a long jog or short sprints... I suppose I'll decide when I get out.
