I keep forgetting to post in this journal - ugh! So, I'm going to cover a few days -

Wed. - Ate good all day until I ordered a Papa Murphy's pizza because they were HALF PRICE! I wan't really hungry but the 50% discount go me. So, I ate 2 regular slices of a large pizza around 8:30 at night and I had a stomachache all night! When will I learn?

Thurs. - Started off the day with topping from the pizza (supreme) but no crust. I guess it's a start. Made sure the rest of the day went well since I had started it off badly. Very much liking the Atkins shakes!

Fri. - Good start today! Pizza is in the backyard for the birds! Trying to get more protein in so I added cottage cheese to my lunch - yum. I wish I could remember the Jello that I used to eat with cottage cheese added to it. I'm not much of a fan of Jello but it helps fill the gaps!
