I had printed out the You: On A Diet 2-week menu and had planned to follow it. But I realized that I'm too broke to follow it---why aren't there ever nutrition plans that use the same basic foods so you don't have to go out and by a thousand different things. I'm just going to focus on trying to eat healthy---I want to try and cut down my fat and carbs.

My main focus for my diet is working out. The first week has been going well...restarted P90X for the billionth time but to stick with it I've taken multiple measures: 1. my mom and I made a pact to text each other every day what our workout was---she was ordered to get on my case if I go more than a couple of days without a workout 2. I am doing P90x with my friend 3. I am actually keeping track of my numbers this time (how many reps, etc.) 4. I'm going to try and stick with updating my account on here

Oh and note to self: Never eat a Perkin's Mammoth Muffin again! Haha
