Wow, yesterday seems to have been a lost cause. Yesterday's pot luck lunch at work started out so good. Even though I tried many things (some of them are still a mystery to me), I kept the portions very small. As the day went on, the wheels started coming OFF my bus! Parties, parties, parties and least we forget leftovers, leftovers, leftovers!!!! Cut to the chase, the dreaded scale was friendly to me this morning. I still lost .4 pounds yesterday! Who knew? I have no doubt the added variety of food will make me pay dearly over the next few days. Oh well, back on the wagon this morning. I even had to turn down a catered breakfast this morning. Sheesh! Sabotours everywhere! <hehe> I know they meant well.
