Tips to myself for boosting my metabolism
-Don't skip breakfast
-Eat more protein
-No refined grains
-Stick to fruits, veggies and whole grains
-Green tea or a 300-400 capsule of green tea extract daily
-Eat majority of food earlier in the day
-Don't starve yourself!! Dropping below 1000 calories a day will signal that you're in starvation mode and slow down your metabolism
-Eat smaller meals more frequently
-Get enough aerobic exercise
