Not following any program, just working at making healthy choices every time I put food in my mouth. I have also temporarily cut out all alcohol. That has been tough especially because we have been out with friends twice this week. I am also putting a big pretty flower sticker on the calendar for every day I stay away from wine! It is silly, but it makes me feel good to look at the calendar and know I have made it X amount of days making decent food and beverage choices!

I hit an all time high and an all time low emotionally. I joined Weight Watchers even though I hated the idea of paying to do what I already knew to do. I knew I had to have the support.
