My goal is to keep my weight at normal range and to be able to stay healthy and strong, I generally need to work out at least 5 days a week and I try to stay active by walking some and keeping busy with my art work which keeps me away from the refrigerator. I enjoy hunting for my food which has no coloring,salt,fat which I take 75 to 85 % free of all fat so I know what I am eating. My goal is to have others at my age to strive to be more active and to try to stay strong for long life.....
