I have dropped weight because I have been sick. Went to the doctor and am going to the hospital tomorrow for an ultra sound of my gall bladder. Bad stomache cramps, pain in stomache and in back for 5 days. Hope just a stone not to have it removed!

Got off work a little earlier. Ran to the cemetary to water my daughter's flowers, and fought off the mostiquitos. Ran on the treadmill for 10 mins.; 10 squats and 20 sit-ups. Lost 1#! Hurray!
(Probably lost that running from the mostiquitos!) Going to do the hoola hoop for 20 mins. Wish me luck! (OK, get off the floor and stop laughing) Good luck to all. Many hugs, Lin
