started exercising daily but have only gained weight since......
I haven't done slim in 6 but I was looking into another beachbody program- 21 day fix. It's not out yet but it definitely looks like something I would interested in trying out next because it helps with diet and exercise. Not sure how your eating habits have been but maybe if you incorporate both it will be more effective for your weight loss. Either way you getting some sort of exercise whether its walking or the dvds. I personally go to dvds in the winter because the weather is always cold or rainy and then I tend to make excuses to not workout. Congrats on losing the inches though and let me know how that program works for you I may be interested it trying it next! If you want I can keep you posted when I hear of 21 day fix coming out (I signed up to receive updates for it).

Water flavor packets
Crystal light packets are good. Or sometimes just adding lemon mint and cucumber tastes nice.

What time do you work out?
I like to workout in the morning or right after work. I enjoy the morning because it gives me a boost of energy for the day. However sometimes I don't like getting up early before work

looking for suggestions
Hey @orralisonjane have you thought of using a foam roller to help with your muscle pain? My father in law suffers from muscle and joint pain and we got him one for his birthday and so far its been helping him a lot. We ordered his online from Beachbody- http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_gear/foam-roller.do. After doing research this seemed to be the most durable and better quality. Hope this helps!
