Summer holidays
I think it's a great idea. I always print out a picture of a bikini that I want to order and hang it on the fridge. It helps me keep a positive attitude and not give into my cravings.

Workout Playlist
Do you use pandora?? They have a variety of fitness stations to choose from. I use country fitness or pop fitness, they usually just play upbeat songs. Works for me! Smile

Do you have to sweat for it to work??

So I did a workout DVD today which I haven't done in ages..it lasts an hr and twenty minutes and claims to burn 1000 calories, now, when I first would have got this DVD last yr I found it tough and even as it got easier it still used to make me sweat a LOT, but when I did it today although I found my heart rate up I didn't actually sweat much at all.. I'm just wondering is my raised heart rate enough to go by or should I switch to something tougher? It seems like a waste of time if Im doing an 80 minute workout which might not work if I don't sweat a lot.. Any advice would be appreciated!

Could it be that your room temp might be a little cooler? If you did it during the summer maybe you would've been sweating more since your room temp was hotter. If you've ever heard of Bikram or Hot Yoga, people do yoga in high room temps to burn more calories. Could that be the issue?

Cravings
There's so many great recipes on the web that you can eat without feeling too guilty!! I'm on pinterest a lot and have a whole folder full of healthy desserts. This vegan cookie dough is one of my favorites!! Definitely recommend checking it out! Smile
