Extremely tired today...have to run around after a very active 2 year old...went through cupboards yesterday and took all baking goods out and giving to my daughter...no baking unless for hubby...bought all kinds of vegetables and frozen fruit, going to make my own frozen yogurt today as a treat to myself. Picked up a salad mix that has things like dill, parsley, oak leaves, beet tops, spinach, arugula etc in it, I add green peppers, tomato, cucumber and red onion, and low fat or fat free dressing, it is so freaking good....
