YES! Back in the 125s (if just barely!)! Now to try to keep it there. I think every week After this will be harder and the weight will slow down a bit. But that's ok - I'm a lot happier being around this range. Now to just fit in another dray or two of exercise!

YAY!!! Great eating throughout the week, with a little cheating on Saturday, seems to have paid off pretty well. The long bike ride yesterday probably didn't hurt anything either. Feeling great!

Woohoo! That was a way bigger drop than expected! Makes me a little worried about getting a loss for next week but for now I'm celebrating being back under 130! Hooray!!
