I did it! I dropped those 2 kg's I put on! I have reduced my sodium intake by more than half, used to be 1800 - 2000 ish (without adding any salt to my food O.O) now its under 800 for the past few days. I wonder if that means I lost fat and not water? Or maybe both? Well happy to be where I was when I joined a couple weeks ago, now to lose a few more! ^_^
I had a really delicious dinner last night, poached chicken breast in garlic broth on top of a cucumber, tomato, kale and feta salad. Only problem was that it wasn't filling and I felt hungry 20mins later. The shakes pretty much keep me full till my next meal. Maybe I'll add more salad tonight and see if that keeps me full longer. I only had as much salad as I had chicken so it probably wasn't quite enough.

Love having smoothies again now that I'm not freezing my butt off in the mornings. Still quite cool so I've been adding a bit of hot water or tea to it so its a little more tolerable. I'm usually always behind on my 130g RDI of protein by around 35% but today I went over... Trying to reduce the fat in my diet even more than I already have is really hard because if food tastes bland I wont stick to the diet. But I didn't go over my carb limit this time, came in just under actually, so I guess that's a positive. Also started doing high intensity workout on my elliptical since apparently 1min of high intensity workout is equal to doing 45 mins of moderate exercise, though I'm only counting 1min high intensity as 5 mins moderate. My legs are going to be feeling it tomorrow.

Went to the grocery store this morning to grab a few things and it felt like I had 50kg weights strapped to each leg... as if I had done an hours worth of lower body weight training yesterday, but all I have been doing is the elliptical! Aside from still being stuffed (sinuses) I feel a lot better than I do most mornings. It's another cool day so I had a super greens banana smoothie for breakfast, was delicious. And I'm down 1kg so that was nice to see. Hope I can drop that other kg soon too.

I was expecting the worst today with a weight increase again but hasn't changed this morning, that's better than putting on another kg. Now to try and get rid of those 2 extra kg's I put on. The weather is cool, not freezing... so I thought I'd make a smoothie for breakfast. 2 bananas, half a cup of yogurt, 1 cup of soy milk, tbsp of honey and half a cup of water. I would have added a bunch of frozen berries but its not warm enough for that yet.
