Trying something new this time around. I'm working on movement. I know my eating is not the best and being a single mom with three kids, my organization and planning meals is not as high up on my list of things that it should be. Therefore, I'm going to try to eat healthier, but if I don't I'm not going to sweat it. Instead I'm trying to sweat it out. On my lunch break, I'm walking at least ten minutes so I don't feel discouraged if I don't work out when I get home. Also, although I know it sounds a little ridiculous, every time I go get coffee or go to the bathroom I am doing one minute of exercise, like running in place or squats, or knee touch etc. Since I started doing this, it actually has inspired me a little more to actually work out at home. Last Wednesday, the guys I'm dating came over with his son. We had pizza and played games. By the time they left and my three went to bed it was 10:15pm and I STILL worked out. I'm not doing any weigh ins until the end of the month so fingers crossed I'll see better improvement.
