I really didn't do anything different. I think it may be water weight. I'll start exercising Monday to off set this.

I think I need to eat more nutrient dense foods. I'm eating soups and stuff, but I'm just not getting enough calories. I think I'll eat more protein for extra calories and energy. I've also started eating yogurt, the Breyer's fruit at the bottom which is really good and has probiotics. Losing weight for me is about how I'm going to look, but I also want to feel healthier and start a healthier lifestyle.

I ate relatively healthy, I didn't eat any sugar, but the bread may have had a big part in my weight. I've been eating a lot more vegetables and fruit.
