stayed at this weight for the last week, battling pain right now so I'm finding it hard to use tread mill every day, bad excuse I know, just need to push myself.

Made it through the evening without snacking, very happy. Scales showed 159 this morning. I'm sure not snacking helped. I put up a calendar and I'm marking my weight on it as a reminder to ask myself if I really need food when I reach for the snacks. I want this to become my lifestyle.

Hard not eating after 8 pm. Am I so addicted to eating I can't control my mind to turn off thoughts about FOOD? I make it to 9 pm feeling proud I haven't felt hungry and then bing go I feel so hungry I could eat everything in the kitchen.
Yesterday it didn't help my mind any when I was weighed at the doctors office with all my heavy winter clothes and shoes on. I ask to remove the outer layers but the assistant said they make a note of it in the chart and it isn't important. I did feel better when I weighted this morning and by my scales I have lost 1/2 a pound. I need to focus on it.
Also proud to say I worked out every day this week, YEAH.
