Walden Farms Foods
All seem to be going in circless over the Walden Farms products. The cellulose and vegetable fiber is absolutely harmless, but the sucrolose in most of their products is probably processed with chlorine--an agent known to cause cancer. Otherwise, the 0 calorie deal is really good for those of us who want to maintain weight by subbing in some of these foods.
The marketing is all about $$$, and it's likely cheaply made food, with low cost... to process. --supply and demand.
