The ultimate objective - for my participation is ideally to reduce weight over the next 12 months to 82kg - aim for a reduction of 23 cm in waist measurement and consequent reduction of BMI to 26.
Maintain a health appetite.
Reduce my alcohol consumption.
Maintain active exercise routine of 2 hours each day.
Restrict daily calorie intake to below 2000.
