After all this time,is tough.Between work,school,gym and language classes,I have like zero hours to do mealprep and a have proper atention in my calorie and food intake,so I'm having like cravings of greasy things,and this is making my diet a 50-50 clean to junk food ratio,instead of the 90-10 I wish.I'm underestimating my capacity to attach to my diet and compromise with my health.I'll try my best.

I've lost weight because of an intestinal infection,I wasn't going actually well enough,my workouts were gettin monotonous and I've been failing to'em.
Diet was getting little easy to break and get back toegether by days,it freaks me out.-
