This Is my journey To Loose the weight for me and my bright future , I fell inlove with fitness when I was 15 I had a great mentour and when she could not train with me "everyday" as usual I stoped training all together so I hope this will be my support to Do this. I need to fall inlove with fitness again, being unfit is the biggest challenge, get fit get healthy get support and get my life back.
