Focusing on having the willpower to have a productive and healthy lifestyle even when life is upside down is challenging...don’t turn to food for comfort...it will only provide more discomfort after you swallow and realize you set yourself back.🧘🏾♀️🥗🚫🥃🍸🍹🍩🍦🧁🍪🍟🍔
