So it's been almost two years since I was last on here and I've dealt with a lot. My health has been a bit of a roll-a-coaster, but I'm finally at a place where I can start trying to get back to where I want to be. I've had the best and most positive experience using FatSecret before and hope that it works again.

Trying to figure this stuff out is a pain. I really feel like I have no idea what I'm doing and notice myself falling back into old habits. I know there's more to it than calories in vs calories out, yet if I'm burning more than I'm eating... What am I burning? I've been tracking for awhile now and I tend to burn between 1900 and 2200 calories a day. My intake is between 1300 to 2000 calories a day and I can't seem to eat more unless I force feed myself or eat junk. I feel to skinny like there's nothing to me.

So I haven't eaten bread for like a week, ate a piece of white bread last night and it tasted like air. It was like a crumbly mass of nothing in my mouth really gross. I also got really sick to my stomach after. I think I'm going to try eliminating gluten from my diet for awhile and see what happens. Anyone have any tips or thoughts on the gluten-free diet?
