Thanks to all of you for your kind and encouraging words on my last journal entry. I hadn't logged in in a long time, and that was some nice, needed encouragement when I finally did. I know that this IS MY time to finally lose the weight because I've been doing it now (not perfectly, but still) for over a month and haven't completely given up as in the past, so I just need to remember that I didn't gain it all over night (more like 9 months twice :), and it will take that long or longer to come off more than likely. So, with that perspective, I CAN do this, we ALL can!! Thanks again!

Why must this be so hard? Why does food matter that much? I just don't get how/why one can keep sabotaging oneself! I know my biggest problem is carbs, I know what to do, it's just so hard to do it, or I tell myself I can have this one treat even though it means going over, and I'll do better tomorrow. AHHHHHH! Here's to doing better tomorrow for the last time (one can hope right :)

For some reason, fell off today. Don't really know why, just got out of routine and binged all afternoon/evening. I'm not going to stress about it, I know I didn't eat over 2000 calories, so it's not like I did any damage, I ate about what I need to to maintain, so I know it won't cause a gain. Just gonna get back on tomorrow and hit it harder. Didn't get a work out in today either, it was just a fat, lazy day!! I guess a person needs one of those every now and again, that's how I'm gonna look at it!
