Update in weight. Did not weighed myself it was a guestimate. I actually weighted 212.6 pounds on the 25th instead of 220
Below is a picture of my house. You may ask what that have to do with weight, a lot this is a replica of my dream house and I expect to be healthy and happy and enjoy living in it.

Its been a pretty good day. I feel as though I have done very well. I know I must cut down of artificial sugar like walmart stevie and cut out breads or may just not eat too much of any thing. I believe the approach I will take is to half everything and weigh everything. also I must make sure I eat before 7pm.
I am doing this for a lifestyle change and I want to be happy. I want to be able to eat whatever I want in moderation. I no longer want food to have control over me. I know that massive amounts of High Fructose and all of the other toses will help me to gain weight. I must remember about FA where if sugar is number 5 in the ingredients then that is fine, however I must stay away from High Fructoses which are worse than sugar.
