You know, I know that 10 pounds isn't that much but I am super proud of myself. I haven't really ever had any weight loss goals but eating clean is the best thing. Yes, not everything tastes that great but I don't care. I am so done being FAT!! I can't stand it. I am so ready to be confident again!! Well let's hope this keeps going the way it has. I am going to keep better track of my progress from now on and try to be more connected with everyone on here. Maybe it will help!

I have only been on this limited calorie diet for 3 days and I already dropped a couple pounds. I am super proud of myself and I can't wait to get to my goal. This site is really helping me!!

Today I haven't cheated once and it feels good. Every day it seems the harder I try to eat right the more I want to just eat a huge double cheeseburger!! But I think I am done with excuses. I want to be in shape and healthy and if I keep doing what I am, it will never change. I am on 1400 calories a day and I am exercising 3-4 times a week. I am trying to incorporate strength training (squats) to get stronger too but everything is just so confusing to me. I hope joining this page will help me understand better what I am doing right and wrong!
